The Modena Aria is a building at the base of which there is a gym with showers and a restaurant that covers an area of over 300 square meters. Modena Aria leans on one side of the Modena Aqua building, so it is connected by a warm connection to the spa and wellness center, which you can reach directly from the gym.
It contains 55 residential units, which are either 1-bedroom apartments or duplexes like 2-bedroom apartments.
